PureConnect Return & Refund Policy

At PureConnect, we are committed to providing products that effectively solve the problems they’re designed to address. We believe in their quality, so we recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you remain unsatisfied after 14 days, you may return the product within our 45-day money-back guarantee. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thepureconnect.com and include your order number or the name and email address used to place the order.

Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may be unable to accommodate your request because the order will be in the processing phase. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

45-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We’re confident our products work, but we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefit. If you're still not happy and it's within 45 days of purchase, you can return the items. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged Items
We take care to package items securely, but if your product arrives defective or physically broken, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@thepureconnect.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll replace it at no cost. Note that packaging dents alone, or damage due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse, are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping and Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience delivery issues, please contact your courier directly. PureConnect is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If you fail to notify us of an error within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. It’s the customer’s responsibility to review the current policy before purchasing and using our products. By purchasing and using PureConnect products, customers indicate acceptance of this policy.
